These terms apply to purchases of digital courses and related services from Spanish4Living.

Product and price
Spanish4Living is a digital online course in practical Spanish. The current price, payment method and included services are shown on the sales page and at checkout before you complete your order. During the introductory period, the price is €79 as a one-off payment. The introductory offer includes lifetime access to the standard course content and a total of 10 hours of conversation with Ana. Only the prices and options actually shown at checkout when you purchase are binding.
Payment and access
Payment is made using the methods shown at checkout. Following approved payment, your customer account is created or linked to the course and digital access is provided as explained at purchase. Where a one-off purchase is expressly sold with lifetime access, that access covers the standard course content. For subscriptions, access lasts for the paid subscription period under the selected plan terms.
Ana — included and additional conversation time
Ana is the course AI conversation tutor. The introductory lifetime purchase includes a total of 10 hours of conversation with Ana. This is separate from time spent using other course content. Once the included time is used, an additional 10 hours can be purchased for €15 under the terms and prices displayed when topping up. Any included Ana usage for future subscriptions is described in the selected plan.
Withdrawal rights for digital content
For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory withdrawal right may end when delivery starts, but only when the statutory conditions are met. Before immediate course access is activated, the customer must expressly consent to delivery starting during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that this may result in losing the right of withdrawal. Confirmation must be provided at purchase and on a durable medium.
Faults, complaints and support
If the course or access does not work as agreed, contact Support. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Technical requirements and account
You need an internet connection and a modern browser. Conversations with Ana require a working microphone and browser permission to use it. Your account is personal; login details must not be shared.

Ana is used for language practice. AI responses may vary and must not be used as medical, legal or other professional advice.
