Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process your first name, email address, account and login details, order and payment information, course activity, support messages, Ana usage time and technical information needed for security and the website to work.

Why we process data

To provide access to the free lesson, the course, your account and purchased services. To administer purchases, payments, accounting and other legal obligations. To provide support, protect the service and prevent misuse. To measure course progress and usage needed to provide services such as included Ana time. For analytics, marketing and email communication where consent or another valid legal basis exists.

Free lesson and email

When registration is required for the free lesson, your first name and email are used to provide access and administer your learning journey. Marketing messages are sent only where a valid legal basis exists. Where consent is used, it must be separate and voluntary and can be withdrawn.

Service providers

We use external providers for hosting, course functionality, payments, email and CRM, analytics, consent management and AI conversation practice. Services used include WooCommerce and Stripe for payments, Brevo for email and CRM, Google Analytics for analytics, Complianz for cookies and consent, and OpenAI realtime technology for Ana. Providers process only the information needed for their service, under applicable agreements and data protection rules.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some technical providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this happens, transfers must comply with applicable data protection rules and appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Personal data is kept no longer than needed for its purpose or required by law. Order and accounting records may need to be kept longer to meet legal requirements. Marketing data based on consent is used until consent is withdrawn or the data is no longer needed.

Your rights

Where the relevant conditions apply, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and request data portability. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact Support. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
